What we collect
ADEE collects information on behalf of O-Health-Edu when:
- You are using our "Register" form, where we ask for your name and email address. This information is stored and we will use the email address to send you information at a later date.
- You are using a contact form, where we ask for your name, email and/or phone number and, of course, a message. This information is stored briefly while it is converted into an email message which is then sent.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The GDPR came into force in May 2018, and requires that we provide you with the following information.
The GDPR requires us to state the lawful basis for the processing activity that we perform. Using O-Health-Edu provides an implicit contract between the user and the ADEE: the ADEE provides user services for individuals who have registered on the O-Health-Edu site.
The GDPR requires that we provide you with the identity of the 'Data Controller', who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For the O-Health-Edu project, the data controller is the ADEE Administration Manager. Contact us following this link: contacts.
The 'Processor' is responsible for processing personal data on behalf of a controller. For the ADEE, this is the Administrative Staff and members of the O-Health-Edu project team.
Lead data protection supervisory authority
The ADEE operates in many European countries but the data and processing activity is done on servers in Portugal. The ADEE opts to use the Portuguese Information Commissioner's Office as its lead data protection supervisory authority.
